An acceptable stay
friendly staff underground car park unfulfilled request ripped towel
i appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. the hotel itself was clean and was well maintained. there is also an underground car park conveniently located right outside the hotel.
I requested birthday decorations in my room prior to arrival. This request was not fulfilled. this was unexpected for an hotel of its caliber.

rooftop view breakfast selection smaller room expensive drink
the rooftop view from the bar was good. i can see it being perfect anytime. staff are thoughtful and helpful, someone greeted me before i entered the hotel and took my bags to my room. breakfast came with the stay and it was all you can eat. the selection of food was fresh and replaced frequently. breakfast staff are kind and have excellent service.
the room was much smaller than expected. the bed wasn't terribly comfortable and i couldn't control the air conditioning.

The location provides convenient access. i found close proximity to both the train station and underground very helpful. The large showerhead offered a relaxing experience, it was a nice feature after a long day.

The location had convenient access to liverpool street station. the staff showed kindness in accommodating an early check-in. they also decorated the room with balloons and left chocolates for my daughter. It was a pleasant surprise. i appreciated the pool, sauna, steam room, and gym as added bonuses.

lovely touch prosecco glass prompt delivery extra milk
the location is superb. i was kindly greeted by several staff members upon arrival. i got offered a glass of prosecco, such a lovely touch (it really set the tone!). the concierge team promptly delivered extra milk and a toothbrush within six minutes.
the bed was a little too soft for my liking. it's just my personal preference, though. everything else was great!
